Nadler Subpoenas Don McGahn to Testify Before His Committee

Representative Nadler Subpoena Former White House Counsel Don McGahn Testimony

Following the release of the Mueller report, the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee has subpoenaed former White House Counsel Don McGahn for testimony.

Rep. Jerrold Nadler of New York communicated on Monday that he requires McGahn to testify and to provide substantiating documents.

Nadler described McGahn as a “critical witness” concerning Trump’s alleged obstruction of justice outlined in Rober Mueller’s report.

Determined to examine the full, unredacted contents of the unreleased report, Nader has added McGahn to the short list of people called to testify before his committee, which includes Mueller and Attorney General William Barr.
